Protherm Soluble Fibre blanket insulation falls under the product category of Alkaline Earth Silicate (AES) wool, under the name Calcium-Magnesium-Silicate fibre, and has a continuous use temperature rating of 1,800 degrees F and a melting point of 2,300 degrees F.
Amity’s Protherm Soluble Fibre is excellent for high temperature and high performance thermal insulation applications requiring reliability, and tough, long-wearing materials.
